Ceramic were filter

Ceramic is a hard but brittle material. It is heat and corrosion resistant and can be molded into specific shapes when subjected to high temperatures. Its base is inorganic and non-metallic.

The foam is created by the passage of gas through the polyurethane (PU), creating voids with pores of different sizes, measured in pores per inch (PPI).

The ceramic foam filter is the resulting product obtained by using the two materials mentioned above. It is used for filtration of gray cast iron, malleable cast iron, non-ferrous alloys, nodular cast iron and occasionally copper alloys, etc.

Popularly known by the acronym CFF, these filters are three-dimensional pieces that allow the passage of molten metals through their pores. The filtered molten metal is properly purified and practically free of oxides. The turbulent flow of molten metal is also contained due to the zigzag path specially designed for this purpose.

Carbon fiber filters (CFF) have great chemical stability and do not react with filtered metal. To achieve the desired purity of the metal, carbon fiber filters with different pore sizes can be used. Our carbon fiber filters are manufactured in different formats, such as square, round, rectangular or even triangular.
