The Stretch S automatic film wrap is our basic model of automatic rotating arm wrapper.

It comes equipped with security fences and several other security features as standard. The machine can pack up to 45-60 loads per hour, fixes the load to the pallet and guarantees the quality in each package.

For client applications where 30′ wide film is used.

top sheet dispenser
: 2 to 4 millisecond polyethylene film (0.5 to 10 mm) thick and 80 inches (203 cm) wide is applied automatically on the load for protection against moisture and dust. The inline top sheet dispenser model applies and fixes the film sheet on the load as it moves into the packing area without interrupting the packing cycle. The intermediate packaging top sheet dispenser applies and secures the film sheet on the load during the packing cycle. The cargo is protected with five-sided cover.

treadmill sections
Available in 1.5 m and with winding zones of 3 m and 3.6 m. Treadmill rolls with reduced or narrow spacing. Standard and non-standard passage heights. Includes security fences and additional security photocells mounted on the security protection.

Additional velocity height capacity:
To engage loads that exceed the standard system’s 2032 mm (80′) wrapping height capacity. Supports loads up to 2794 mm (110′) high. Increases the total operating height to 5486 mm (216′) at the standard passage height.
