The SL high-speed automatic packing machine involves up to 110 loads per hour, wraps the loads more compactly with less film and fixes the load to the pallet.

ARC – Automatic roller change option:
A carousel that holds up to 3 rolls of film and connects them to the film power system, allowing the packer to change the film rolls automatically. The ARC has independent access gates that allow the film to load while the packer is in fully automatic operation. The design only supports mats with an effective width of 1321 mm (52′) and is not compatible with temperatures of 0 °C (32 °F) or lower.

Capacity of 2722 kg (6000 lb) for the base system provided by Ltech. Available in 1524 mm (5 ft) sections, with 3048 mm (10 ft) and 3658 mm (12 ft) wrap zones. 76 mm (3 inch) diameter rollers with a spacing of 95.25 mm (3-3/4 inch).

The Cold option
Packet allows efficient operation of the stretch film packer in an environment where the temperature ranges from -1 to -13 degrees Celsius (+31 to +10 degrees Fahrenheit).

750 mm dosed film feeding system (30′)
For client applications where 750 mm (30′) wide film is used.

25 rpm packing arm rotation
was increased to 25 rpm. Includes additional fences, visual barriers (yellow railway gates) at the inlet and outlet transition, and a larger machine structure.

Rotation of the packing arm of 35 rpm
was increased to 35 rpm. Includes additional fences, visual barriers (yellow railway gates) at the inlet and outlet transition, and a larger machine structure.

Top sheet dispenser:
2 to 4 thousandths of an inch polyethylene film, 2032 mm (80′) wide, is automatically applied to the load for protection against moisture and dust. As it moves to the packing area, without interrupting the packing cycle, the intermediate packaging topsheet dispenser applies and secures the film sheet on the load during the packing cycle.

treadmill sections
Available at 1524 mm (5 ft) and 3048 mm (10 ft) and 3658 mm (12 ft) wrap zone sections. Treadmill rolls with reduced or narrow spacing. Standard and non-standard passage heights. Includes security fences and additional security photocells mounted on the security protection.

Additional velocity height capacity:
To engage loads that exceed the standard system’s 2032 mm (80′) wrapping height capacity. Supports loads up to 2794 mm (110′) high. Increases the total operating height to 5486 mm (216′) at the standard passage height.
