ARC – Automatic roller change option:
A carousel that holds up to three rolls of film and connects them to the film power system, allowing the packer to automatically change the film rolls. The ARC has independent access gates that allow the film to load while the packer is in fully automatic operation. The design is only compatible with conveyor belts of 1321 mm (52”) of effective width and is not compatible with temperatures of 0 °C (32 °F) or lower.

The Cold option
Packet allows efficient operation of the stretch film packer in an environment where the temperature ranges from -1 to -13 degrees Celsius (+31 to +10 degrees Fahrenheit).

top sheet dispenser
: 2 to 4 millisecond polyethylene film (0.5 to 10.2 mm), 80′ (2032 mm) wide, is automatically applied to the load for protection against moisture and dust. In a line it applies and fixes the film sheet on the load as it moves to the packing area without interrupting the packing cycle The top sheet dispenser in the middle of the packing cycle applies and fixes the film sheet on the load during the packing cycle.

treadmill sections
Available at 1524 mm (5 ft) and 3048 mm (10 ft) and 3658 mm (12 ft) wrap zone sections. Treadmill rolls with reduced or narrow spacing. Standard and non-standard passage heights. Includes security fences and additional security photocells mounted on the security protection.

Additional velocity height capacity:
To engage loads that exceed the standard system’s 80′ (2032 mm) wrap height capacity. Supports loads up to 110′ (2794 mm) in height. Increases the total operational height to 216′ (5487 mm) at the standard pass-through height.
